1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Clear Sky Cleaning LLC website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Clear Sky Cleaning LLC provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in the Trenton, NJ area. Services include but are not limited to: residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, commercial cleaning, and office cleaning.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.

3. Quotes & Pricing

  • Quotes are provided free of charge and are non-binding estimates based on information you provide.
  • Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition and size of the space.
  • We do not charge hidden fees. Any changes to the quoted price will be discussed and approved before work begins.
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website contact form.
  • We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Access & Preparation

Clients are responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property, it may be treated as a late cancellation.

Please ensure pets are secured and any valuables or fragile items are stored safely before our arrival.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.

7. Insurance & Liability

Clear Sky Cleaning LLC is fully insured and bonded. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team during service, we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items left unsecured.

8. Website Use
